Meet The Chiropractors
Dr. Toni grew up in a small town in Tioga, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a minor in Psychology through Syracuse University in New York. Upon graduation, she moved to Manassas, Virginia and worked as a chiropractic assistant for two years. It is there, she found her passion for chiropractic, movement, and empowering others to live a lifestyle that promotes health and wellness.
She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where she completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. She uses a biopsychosocial approach to manage patient care and to address neuromechanical dysfunction. She enjoys working with patients from all walks of life including infancy. She is Webster technique certified and pediatric specialized through the ICPA and uses techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Activator, and soft tissue techniques incorporated into her patient care.
Dr. Toni believes that “movement is medicine. Everyone deserves to be able to have the ability to do the things they love free of pain and discomfort. The goal of chiropractic care is to guide patients on their wellness journey to functioning better in all realms of health. It is not the doctor that heals the patient, but the patient that heals the body”. She focuses on self-efficacy and what patients can be doing outside of the office for their care. Dr. Toni believes it is her duty to help facilitate your healing process through patient centered and evidenced informed care to achieve effective clinical results. She looks forward to bringing knowledge, value, and ease into your life and enjoying this process along side you.
In her spare time, she can be found outside enjoying the mountains and hiking. Playing with her two cats Tobi and Erik, and her dog Hazel. She also enjoys reading, cooking, staying active, and spending time with her friends and family.
