First Visit
When you first arrive at New Beginnings Chiropractic, you will be welcomed by our staff and asked to fill out our New Patient Health History Forms. This helps us become familiar with your health history and information about any conditions you are seeking help with. You will then have a consultation with one of our world class chiropractors to discuss your health history, concerns and health goals. They will follow up with a comprehensive examination testing reflexes and flexibility. Other tests may include neurological, orthopedic and postural tests. Depending on your specific condition, X-rays may be taken to determine your spinal health and rule out any pathology. You will then receive your first treatment. It might be a gentle chiropractic adjustment, physical therapy or soft tissue work. We will schedule your next appointment, typically the following day to allow our chiropractors to go over your findings and come up with a plan tailored for your health needs.
Second Visit
The second visit is when we will review your exam results and discuss your care plan to help you reach your health goals. Our chiropractors will address any questions you have including:
How can you help? How often do I need to come in? What will my care cost?
They will then begin care with gentle chiropractic adjustments based on the subluxations she has found. We will explain how your body may respond to these adjustments as well as recommend stretches, exercises or nutritional changes that can help you reach your health goals.
Typical Office Visits
Typical visits are around 5-10 minutes long. You will be checked for vertebral subluxation and adjusted if needed. That’s it! Those who follow the care plan that Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Toni directs for their needs, have the best results, get quicker relief and stay healthier.
Because every person is different, both of our chiropractors specialize in several techniques. Different people respond better to different techniques. It is important to communicate with your chiropractor so she can find the technique that works best for you.
Depending on how quickly your body responds to adjustments, the chiropractors may do periodic re-evaluations to check on your progress and see if anything needs added or changed in your care plan. We want everything to be directly tailored to your needs.
